I scheduled an appointment based on the availability shown online and received five reminders within 24 hours. When I arrived on time, the Labcorp location was closed. I understand that closures happen, but there should have been some effort to notify patients in advance—especially after sending so many appointment reminders. It was frustrating and a waste of time, especially with a newborn at home.
