My most recent visit to this Labcorp site was a great disappointment. Usually, I am in and out in no time but the newly assigned phlebotomists to this Walgreens are extremely slow and unprofessional. You could hear them carrying on personal conversations while outside there was a room full of people waiting to be called. One of them even got belligerent when a patient respectfully inquired about the wait time as she like some of us had appts. I had an appointment. Service was fast and it was not packed. My only con is the female phlebotomist kept moving the needle in my arm while squeezing and twisting my upper arm to draw the blood. Extremely painful and left in excruciating pain and bruised. I will never return to this location again. I do not recommend.
Just want to thank wonderful phlebotomist Sonia, who under extreme pressure while working alone, provided professional care, kindness and great patience to all of us during our appointments. Big Hugs to you Sonia!!!
