There was a very short wait before they took me inside. The phlebotomists are friendly but very professional. I was out in just over 5 minutes.

We had an appointment but walked out due to an extremely awful and rude nurse that treated us terribly for no reason. She barked at us to sit down and seemed utterly annoyed to be doing her job. My daughter was so nervous to get her labs done today and there was no chance I was going to allow a woman showing that much aggression get a needle near her. We have never been spoken to like that for simply showing up for an appointment… I am truly shocked.
