In and out less than 15. Lady was extremely friendly and giggly. Did not feel a thing. Would recommend in a heartbeat! Visited June 23rd 1045am which was suggested.
This location should have more staff. It took 2 hours to get my blood drawn. Only 1 person working here and she closes at lunch.
Understaffed. Have been here 45 mins and they have only took one patient back. I still have 4 people in front of me. Already waited 2 hours upstairs at my other appointment. Not impressed. Will not be coming back. Unbelievable. I have been to TONS of labs and have never seen this before.
Took my mom here for blood work, had an appointment at 12:45 and when we arrived the office was closed for lunch. When I called, the lady simply complained to me that corporate knows she’s there by herself and she takes lunch from 12:00 - 1:00. The thing is I could have made the appointment at 12 or 12:15. or 12:30. All the options were available.
