I went to get some tests done, and the receptionists were incredibly rude. They treated me very badly and didn't bother to answer my questions. Even though I had an appointment, they refused to see me. My cousin made an appointment there; there was an opening at 9:30, but they didn't see him. They didn't say why, just that they couldn't. There were three girls who just sat chatting in their chairs instead of helping those who needed the service.

the woman at the front desk is truly so insanely rude for absolutely no reason. i would say maybe she was just having a bad day but reading the other reviews makes me think otherwise.

I had the wonderful opportunity to have Jennifer as my technician. She was pleasant and she went over and beyond to get my lab orders. She refused to allow me to make a return visit. I forgot my lab paper work and we tried emailing it to the office and it wasn’t showing up. She eventually typed the order into the computer by hand and printer it out. My 5 year old had to go to get bloodwork done he was scared and the woman that was supposed to take the blood was so rude bc he was scared. She literally threw his urine sample at me and told us we will just have to go somewhere else bc he was scared. She was a skinnier lady with a bad wig. What a waste of space and looking at the reviews no wander they have a 2 star rating.
