The front desk person seemed to be in a bad mood from the time we came in. She barked at us that we needed to be wearing facial covering (masks) then after we came back in with them on, and checked in electronically, then our names were called, I stepped up to the window, and as I handed the paperwork to the front desk clerk, and she again barked and told me to take the paperwork out of the envelope, I guess this was to difficult for her to do.
