No reason to make an appointment, you still wait for hours. 40 people in lobby. Ridiculous!
I have to say, I've been here multiple times. I went today for lab work and it was probably the most pleasant experience I've ever had. The two women at the front desk were pleasant and friendly. The woman who drew my blood was so awesome!! She was reassuring and sweet. Really happy with my experience today, as blood work is usually never fun for me. Thank you!! :)
I came here to just give a little blood and have been waiting for hours. I didn't eat breakfast because I am giving blood and it is now after 12 noon. I will leave very soon and give blood elsewhere. The staff is nice but no service.
I have never experienced such horrific service. I have been waiting for 3 hour in 80 degree lobby. The staff is rude and condescending. Trust me run away from this place I would never ever return to this place. Rather pay out of pocket
Was here Friday. Sat for over half an hour just waiting to be called to the window for my paperwork. I left. Came here this morning. Only 5 people ahead of me. Still waiting. Labcorp is the worst. Wish I could go back to using Quest!!
I wish I could post a photo of what they did to my arm after a 2 hr wait. My insurance insists I use them. Healthcare in this country gets worse every day.
The people at the counter have zero customer service! Just horrible!! Thought it would be better in Plantation...guess it's just the company as a whole...no matter which office you visit
Expect a two hour wait even if you show up when it opens at 6 a.m. Horrible.
