Lab Corp overall customer experience is horrible, and loses orders that were submitted 2 weeks prior. Completely inepet.
Can you give 0 stars? I really wish I had names but unfortunately not even that they offer. There was a black woman in the front with green contacts. I guess even a good afternoon was too much to ask. If she really hates her job then she should not be working with the public. Pointing towards the self check in is not a way to greet a customer. Long wait ridiculous. You make an appointment and you still have to wait over an hour!
I waited 1 1/2 hours to pee just for a urine test for a drug screen ridiculous timing to start when people have jobs and things to do and make people wait til 9:30am here ridiculous
RUN AWAY...!!! I have been a customer for years... but run away from #LabCorp please.. they charge me $750 for a Cystic Fibrosis test that other labs charge $28..they are thieves with white coat
Made an appointment online for 11:45 -arrived at 11:43 -still waiting at 12:51...who knows when I will be called.
Even with an appointment the wait time is ridiculous. To save money, the geniuses at LabCorp corporate short staff locations and screw both client and staff. Sad.
I couldn't make a appointment online, so I came at 7:00. Sorry, but it's a horrible system and four hours of wait time is ridiculous! It should be assembly line, first come first served list and have at least four phlebotomist there on staff getting people in and out. It's not that difficult.
