It sucks and so does their incompetent employees. There may be 2 out of the 10 there and only 2 are working
Get your lab work done somewhere else, unless you like being harassed! The first bill that they send is labeled "LabCorp Collections". They tell that it's overdue and that they are going to turn the $9 bill over to a debt collector. Then they call your house to hound you about the bill even after you have paid it on their website. Someone needs to file a class action suit against them for harassment. I'll be glad to testify.
Waiting over an hour. This is my only option with United Healthcare. Very frustrating.
The Flemington and Doylestown locations are just awful, understaffed all the time and they don't know how to take blood! My baby girl was pricked three times! Please hire competent beings Labcorp!
Why people complain? Corporate makes the dough, they can't make the Bucks caring about us or their workers.
Labcorp Delran, really??? Been here an hour and a half and not even close to being called. It has taken the front desk woman 20 minutes to process one person. There's been a baby crying in the back for a half hour and I haven't seen hide nor hair of a phlebotomist. Get your act together!
I'm not sure what the point of making an appointment at LabCorp is? You wait at minimum an hour whether you have an appointment or not. Something needs to be done with the service and changed.
