Unprofessional! I came for a drug screen the lady ask me can I use the bathroom or I need water I said I can use it she said “ I leave in 10 minutes “ I’ll have someone else do you!!!!
Labcorp, Haddon Heights, NJ. Unfriendly staff and poor customer service. my son was turned away from having a pre-employment drug screen done at 7 am, even though we were the second people to arrive before they opened, because they "only do those between 8 and 1. "It's on our website." no...it isn't. We went to Quest diagnostics instead, where we were treated courteously, not spoken down to as though we were stupid, and the whole experience took less than 5 minutes. I have never had such a horrible experience at a LabCorp facility that I have used for many years. The check in kiosk is not cleaned between patients & when I questioned it he pointed out a tiny sign saying you can request an alcohol wipe if you want it. I doubt a 1” square wipe will clean a touch screen kiosk. I would not sit in the chairs in the waiting area because I saw the only other patient that was there got up & the chair was never cleaned. STRICTER COVID RULES FOR STAFF
Lab corp needs to improve their safety protocols to protect patients & staff. Check in via text was successful. However, when called in there are several people in the waiting room who do not practice 6 feet away protocols, some without masks, no hand sanitizer. The registration online process online is ridiculous as exchange of documents were required in person when all the information was included when registering online. lab techs were wearing gloves and not changing them between each patient. @LABCORP IS THE WORST!!! If you can avoid using them, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! They have put me into collections twice withOUT any notification before putting me into their collections.... This is not only a shameful and despicable practice but it screws with my credit which is actually good!!! This is not right in any way, and they need to be held accountable. Nice all the way around staff techs
Sat for over an hour and a half to get my blood drawn at the towson location before my order was even taken. Completely rude and inconsiderate staff.
