I HATE getting needles. However, Stephanie was very professional, friendly, courteous, and efficient.
Labcorp in Easton, Maryland. Office looked very dirty with two front receptionists...one was on her cell phone talking, the other told me I had to wait for the one on the cell phone! She was not friendly at all. I asked to return my paperwork and left. Our dogs Veterinarian's office is much, much cleaner with much friendlier service. Wish they could take my blood!!!
It's difficult for most nurses to take my blood, so I've become quite nervous having blood drawn. Jerome was quiet & calm & wonderful. I felt a small pinch & it was all done. Would recommend him to anyone!
my son made appt for my 2yr old granddaughter and explained she was autistic and non verbal. AFTER waiting, a supv asked if we had an appt. shortly after that we were taken in to have blood drawn. my son explained to tech my granddaughters situation. again ,no problem. she checked one arm, put band on little ones arm she dug her with needle unnecessary couldn't vfine vein. instead of getting help. dug the other arm. finally drew blood. we held my granddaughter tight so she didn't move. terrible experience for anyone!! this s... read more
The staff has treated my son wonderfully for his appointments. The new scheduling software works great. In and out in 10 minutes.
Labcorp in Hamilton NJ is disgusting!! I was there this past Saturday morning and there were cockroaches crawling on the chairs, floor and ceiling!!! When told about it the staff blew it off at first...then said Oh we will call someone!!! Also one of the staff members there is really rude to everyone. The woman that sits closest to the window....she was talking down to the customers and was very rude when someone asked her something!
