The wait is unacceptable. A urine screen pre arranged by a new employer require a 45 minute wait in a jam packed room. Wait to pee in a cup because no one has one minute to type your name. They keep their offices severely understaffed and over booked. It is a dangerous combination, and I am not feeling safe about my chain of custody due to the rushed and ignorant atmosphere forced on the employees. I wishy new employer sent me to a better company.
Today I visited your facilities in Whitehorse Mercerville. I was very impressed by the professionalism exhibited by the staff and the way I was treated during my visit to LabCorp. Thanks!!
This company is a crock! If you're going to have locations in the Buffalo Metropolitan area, have more than two! One being that you can only have a drug test until 11am!! What the shit is that?? And while the location in Snyder only does employment drug testing until 3, one woman was really snotty and turned someone away at 3:08pm saying "there's signs everywhere" and "it's even on the internet"... Terrible experience at the Chesapeake location in VA on battlefield Blvd today (I wouldn't be surprised if the receptionist I dealt with searches to see if I've left a bad review.) Also, I'd leave 0 stars if I could since I didn't even receive service. I have 1 year old twins and a 2 year old. I had my 2 year old and 1 twin in my double stroller and I was carrying the other twin in his car seat.
