Extremely unprofessional
It was not busy and a nice technician greeted me and thanked me for using the facility. After having an awful experience at Quest in Wallingford, it was a nice welcome. I hope they do not replace her.
I had a very nice experience. It wasn't very busy. The young lady who works there was kind and efficient. Everything went as smoothly and quickly as possible.
