I find it absolutely ridiculous how only one person is working while there is a lobby full of people waiting. It is so unprofessional and a huge waste of time if you needed to get anything else done.
The person beside me had an appointment 35 minutes ago and just got called back, and I’ve been here for 30 minutes and still waiting. There were only two people who went in front of us. I have no idea why there’s only one person here. LabCorp really isn’t doing their employees any favors.
Be prepared to sit in the lobby for a good portion of the remainder of your life.
There's one person working and he's ridiculously rude. I walked up to the counter, signed in, and said hi. To which he replied,"I'm helping someone else. Take a seat." All i said was hi?
