Very rude hateful older lady at the check in-desk. She was inpatient and talked to customers/patients like we were stupid for not knowing the process ahead of time. Very unfortunate for the company to have her as the person working for them. She is the reason I will not to going back there. I will make sure I tell everyone.
If you come here and the employee Rebecca Krankvich is "helping" you I would suggest you ask for a different employee to help you. She was extremely rude to me and acted like I was stupid and inconveniencing her.
I went here with a friend, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in. The front desk staff was snippy and came across as rude, and several other staff members had the same attitude. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. What really stood out was the sign at the front desk that says, “The person caring for you is also someone’s loved one.
