Terrible customer service today. While my husband was trying to get his test taken care of the front desk representative was rude and disrespectful when dealing with his situation. I understand having a bad day but choosing to take it out on your customers is unacceptable. Hope it can be changed.
Did any of these negative Nancy's ever stop to think that they are the problem??? There is a whole lot more that goes into drawing your labs or doing your drug test orher than walking in sticking you or just letting you pee in a cup and sending you on your way!! All of you have no idea what it takes to do this job and actually have to put up with ENTITLED PEOPLE SUCH AS YOURSELVES!!! Don't ever judge someone until you have walked in their shoes!!!
Had an appointment at 945AM today. I checked in at 915AM. The website stated they will send me a text once it’s my turn. Never got a text or anything. I sat in my car an hour. I finally went inside she stated she was calling my name. I told them the website stated I will receive a text once it’s my turn. The employee stated that they are getting rid of that service. Smh. I’m hour of my life I’m not going to get back due to the company telling me one thing and doing another . This is the last time I’m using this company.
I completely disagree with all the negative comments for this location. I went in for pre-employment drug screen and I was in and out within 30 minutes. (It was also at the end of the day). Rebecca was so kind, helpful and truly made my experience so easy! I will be back!
Even tho they only had two employees and was so busy bobbijo was wonderful at her job I didn't even feel the stick 😃💉
