Rebeca the site coordinator has a very rude attitude towards patients. No matter the circumstances this should not be allowed especially towards paying patients. As a patient with a mental disability that can not verbal communicate well she had no patience for it.
I have a son with autism and had to do testing at this site Rebeca the site coordinator was very disrespectful and he has commutation problem. She was very snippy at him an also had a rude attitude. She made him cry because he thought he done something wrong.
Going to have to do 1 star. This place takes WAY too long to get a employment drug screen. Came in at 2.15 and registered at kiosk. Kiosk said 2:30-2:45. Receptionist told me my time was for 3:45. Thats an hour and a half. Also, they’re not friendly at all. And turning people away just after 3:00 even when people are saying its the only day they can do it. This lab is fantastic!! I have been going here for years and I cannot think of a time when they have not been quick and courteous!! Bobby Jo has been amazing and has the best attitude! I look forward to seeing her every time!
