this location actually sucks, don’t waste your time at this location and go to a different location. there kiosks are closed and the person at the front desk is pissy and doesn’t even ask any questions just tells you you need an appointment…. well yes i understand that but what if i have a question. don’t have a sign up on your window demanding respect from your customers and then treat them horribly when they come in. be about that life don’t just say it. not everyone is gonna just leave a review some people go to corporate... read more
They do not work in walk-ins like there automated voice message says when you call this location's phone number. Even if the check-in screen shows that you should be next. This happened many times to me. I guess this location only had one person working at a slow pace. So this location is not a good one to visit, unless you have an appointment.
Save yourself and go somewhere else, especially if you are self pay. They tried to charge me 700$ to get a few blood labs taken. I already did the same labs somewhere else for around 100! The woman seemed like she had an attitude too even before she told me the price
