I went to this office last week to have labs collected and was told I had to come back before nine am for one of the tests so they couldn’t collect the labs that day . I come back a week later just for the same man to tell me they wouldn’t collect the labs at all because the order was over 6 months old. If you saw the order a week before and knew I needed a new order why would you allow me to come back at 7 in the morning just to refuse to do the labs entirely? I was nervous to visit this location due to so many negative reviews. However, I had no issues. I will say it was just a specimen drop-off, so I didn't have to interact with anyone other than the lady at the front desk. Her name is Valerie and she was very cheerful, polite, and helpful.
I went in for routine bloodwork. I had a question for them before I checked in. A young man came to the front desk and I started to ask my question and he said, you’ll have to check in at the kiosk, and just walked away. I’ll drive to Vanderbilt and have my blood work done before I go back to that place. This isn’t the first time they’ve been extremely rude.
The guy at the front desk is extremely rude. Does not listen and frequently interrupts. I’ve never seen such poor customer service. I asked him if could please finish asking my question before he interrupted, and he proceeds to answer the wrong question AGAIN Before I could finish answering.
Made appt online. Checked in via email link. Walked in and was in and out within 10 mins. The technician lady was very polite, calming and she knew her job well. She told me no one likes getting their blood drawn but she made it easy.
