what a joke. the lady was rude as hell and almost didn't take the specimen I dropped off. I hope I never have to go back.
I had a confirmed appointment today. When I arrived, the lab was closed. On the door was a one line note advising people that the location was closed today. Even though Labcorp had my contact information, no effort was made to reach me. A complete waste of my time, and very unprofessional.
I’ve been waiting for 45 mins for a simple blood draw. There is apparently only ONE woman who is checking in everyone as well as doing blood draws. She can’t even locate collections bags. Not only have I been waiting an unreasonable amount of time, the office is not set up to do social distancing. There are 10 people basically stacked in here. I ordered an at-home COVID-19 test kit online from LabCorp. I registered through their site, so I could see the status of my test results once I sent it in. After receiving my test kit, I noticed my debit card was charged 3 times from LabCorp. I logged into my LabCorp account and saw that my test kit was 100% paid for by my insurance company, and was not supposed to cost me anything. The only test that was to cost was an anti-body test (which I tried to get, but did not qualify to receive so I NEVER verified to receive one).... read more
