They misplaced my specimen due to the lab not putting in the system while I was standing there. I had to do all the literal footwork to have it made right. As well as I was told it would be within a week and yet tomorrow is 2 weeks and they still don’t have results! Not happy, and frankly people should RUN from your company

I went to the Haywood location in Virginia Beach. I needed a simple test for employment. I showed up at eight am right as they opened. I was told they did not do drug testing until 9. I showed back up right before 9. I was told that toliet was down. If I was told this at 8 I could have gone to another location. This afternoon I visited the Labcorps, Atwood Road, Bel Air, Maryland location. I was astonished at the efficient and excellent service I received! I arrived around 3:20 pm and was back in my car by about 3:40 pm. The very friendly phlebotomist, Holly, registered me and then did the blood draw painlessly and efficiently, while explaining what she was doing. Terrible billing practices. They require a credit or debit card during registration and will not serve you if you do not provide. You must sign a document that they can charge your card if insurance doesn't pay or you owe co-payments. Then they charge your card with no notice and refuse to send you an invoice; on a call for 30+ minutes. Will NEVER use this group again.
Least helpful customer service I have ever experienced. No one was able to answer my question if a lab location near me supports glucose tolerance testing. I tried calling the lab multiple times without being able to connect with a support person. I was on hold with customer service for more than 45 minutes end still couldn’t get an answer.
Her name is Heather Flowers and she is at. Walgreens in Windermere fl She is unprofessional, rude, and racist She did not wear gloves and told my husband to leave the room in a rude way with her hands and on top of that she asked me to lay down and got another customer in while was in the same room and did not PRACTICE COVID PROCEDURES on the top she told me since I did not liked it that I should leave the room and did not do the test We felt offended and auncomfortable and I felt that doing that she put me at risk.
