Made an appointment, they took those without an appointment before those of us who took the time to do it right. Was instructed to come 10 minutes early, so my wait was nearly 40 minutes. If you have an appointment, that takes priority over walk ins for drug testing.
Can’t get anyone to respond to emails. Can’t get anyone on the phone either that knows any answers but they will put you on hold for way too long with each person you speak to, only to be transferred again and again with no resolution.
The people in El Paso in the cliff rd location need to be retrained. An older lady with glasses seemed like she severed my vein. My arm has been getting more purple and swollen each day. It’s been a week. I just hope my color comes back.
I scheduled bloodwork today.was suppose to have a 3 hour glucose test.So after fasting and arriving on time,I’m then told they don’t preform 3hr glucose test on the weekend.Only weekdays.That should be something that’s mentioned on the site!A total waste of time!
Had the absolute worst experience at labcorp in Davenport. Have already been waiting 4 hours and have not even been called to the front desk to check in. Was never told when we arrived there would be a long wait. I have a sick child who has not eaten and it’s 2:00 pm. Ask how much long the rude lady at the front won’t even tell you anything. I had an appointment at the Hopewell Rd facility in Downingtown, PA. Twenty minutes after my appointment time when my name was called, they told me they could not access my prescription because their system was down. No one told me upon arrival. No sign was posted. This was horrible customer service.
Do not order a home kit for COVID 19. Took a week to get my kit and then fed ex still has not delivered my kit to them and it has been 3 days. Don’t waste your time!
We live near Labcorp offices in The Villages FL. They are open until 3PM. The first time my husband went there, the staff acted "put out" that he showed up immediately after work at 2:30 and THEY WERE CLOSING AT 3!! The second time, different location, my husband got there at 2:40PM, and the woman behind the desk immediately looked at her watch, then at my husband, who said "well, you ARE open til 3PM, as the girl next to her tapped her papers on the desk and got up to start turning lights off.
