I don’t wanna get the name messed up. I think her name was Stacy. I’m not sure, but my name is Ryan Slone and the lady who drew my blood was amazing. She was one of the best I’ve ever had in my life and I greatly appreciate it.
The Staff were so rude and very unprofessional to me and most of the other patients. I’ve been going to this place for years and never in my life experienced this type of behavior with medical staff that’s supposed to make us feel welcome. It’s a light skinned lady that worked front desk she has dark orange braids she was very rude to everybody including a disabled elderly lady who was not able to check in. My husband made his appointment came to his appointment on time and STILL had to wait a long time.
Shout out to Stacy R! At opening on a Friday, she was the only employee to show up to work. With a line of about 15 people (several who didn’t speak or read English) she navigated the group through the kiosk check in and began collections. She was very polite and held her composure throughout.
