I hate HATE getting my blood 🩸 taken. First of all since I was little no one can seem to find my veins. I get poked and poked over and over. This is the first blood place that was great ! It took me a minute to find it .. but a nice man drove me from parking garage in a little cart. No one was waiting .. all auto check in eezy peezy … and she the phelbotmist was NICE .. did she get it right away ?? No ,,, but I am almost 60 and no one does. Just wanted to say I had a great experience at this location today. Sam was great. She knew I didn’t have much time to wait and she made sure to see me promptly. They were busy but made sure to treat me with respect and friendliness! A smile goes a long way. Thank you Sam!!
Nine dollars to park, an unnavigable “mall,“ and the front desk did not have my lab order. LabCorp continues to be the worst lab I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. The front desk staff was great though
The sign in system isn't user friendly for someone disabled and has difficulty walking and standing. Also, when I did go back to have my lab work done there was blood drops on the floor. I pointed it out to the phlebotomist and she said it happens. Ok, CLEAN IT UP!!! Shouldn't have to walk through blood! That's Lazy! She had to call for someone else to complete the stick she started. I'll use another location in the future.
