To drop sample off they make you sign in. Took 20 minutes to had sample to the person. Very rude group.
Located in the hospital but it was horrible getting there.It was pretty much unnavigable. Have to go through the “mall,“ and when you get there it is still hidden. The staff couldn't even provide help.
Sam was amazing. She was so kind and helpful with my specimen drop off.
I hate HATE getting my blood 🩸 taken. First of all since I was little no one can seem to find my veins. I get poked and poked over and over. This is the first blood place that was great ! It took me a minute to find it .. but a nice man drove me from parking garage in a little cart. No one was waiting .. all auto check in eezy peezy … and she the phelbotmist was NICE .. did she get it right away ?? No ,,, but I am almost 60 and no one does. Just wanted to say I had a great experience at this location today. Sam was great. She knew I didn’t have much time to wait and she made sure to see me promptly. They were busy but made sure to treat me with respect and friendliness! A smile goes a long way. Thank you Sam!!
