Way too long of a wait. Poorly staffed
It was definitely difficult to get to. Gotta to inside where the valet is located then hit right to take the elevator then go to 1st Floor, then hit right again and it will have a Labcorp sign hanging. Other than that we had a good and fast service.
Very slow. Does not seem like any of the workers that I had an interaction with are in any kind of hurry at all. When I first walked up to the window one of the lady's was actually eating a bowl of food while having a conversation with the window clerk and they seen me walk up but they continued the conversation anyway. Currently a 40 minute wait just in the waiting room. Spent longer time down here then I did in the Dr office. Absolutely ridiculous and should definitely be held to a more professional standard.
