We received a defective chair. I called the sales person and was told that I would have to deal with the repair company to get the chair repaired. I did not expect to hear this. My expectation like a reasonable person was to hear that they would have this chair repaired ASAP. I went to the store the next day to talk to a manager. I was looking for a recliner and walked in and found the perfect one for me. They had one in stock and they were able to load it in my car and I was out of the store. A happy customer within an hour! I knew what I was looking for, and I’ve been enjoying the recliner immensely!
