Good product. Bad business model. We visited the store. One clerk did not give us the space to discuss things privately. We went back on another day and another clerk gave us information and then left us alone. This is what we wanted. If you buy a chair you must pay 100% before the chair is shipped. If there are problems with the chair when it is delivered they say - without any documentation - that they will fix it. If for one reason or another you reject the chair they will refund 70% of your cost with a store credit. This... read more
