We noticed we were overcharged over $40.00 once we were on our way home. We called and asked to speak to the manager but the girl that answered said we would have to call until tomorrow because there was no manager on duty and no one that could help us. We asked how it is possible that there is no manager on duty and she said "Sorry, try again tomorrow" and just hung up abruptly. Very unprofessional service.
Terrible service and food lacked. I went on the busiest day of the year "cinco de mayo" how does one have hardly any servers? Crazy .
my friends, family and I've been going regularly but yesterday to celebrate the 5th of may the service was horrible & apart that we expected long time by the waiter's was super wrong with all our group & missed us respect after that been there for hours spending good money bad horrible customer service & our credit cards got lost.
Not only was the food super bomb the scenery was just as bomb
Awesome drinks but service it sucks big-time we ordered drinks and we waited like 30 minutes for drinks to come bad service !!!!!!!
Great drinks,the staff is always professional and a lot of Fun,it is nice just to hangout at the bar.
