Some People are NUTS! to write a crazy review like that! I happened to be at the salon while the "wedding party" (above review) was having her hair done. This woman booked for the whole party on Dale's day off. He came in to do them all and ONLY the bride showed up...no notice. She recieved a FULL wedding consultation, hair, colorist, makeup, and styling...took four hours...and then tried to stiff the consultant. Worst Hair Salon "This is one of the worst hair styling salons ever! I have been lams client for the last year and when my sister was getting married last weekend ofcours eI took her to him to have her hair done. However Lam said his other stylist Dale would do a better job and quoted $70 for the updo. Along with that I made 4 appointments for the bridal party. Affordable and local hairstylists I?ve always been hesitant to get a haircut in Berkeley, but following the recommendation of a friend, I tried La Tour. Getting a next-day appointment was easy, which was a plus. My hairstylist was amiable, funny, and very talented, and I wasn?t afraid for my hair when he worked on it. My haircut turned out to be rather good ? I?ve had better ? but for $50 I was pretty satisfied. PROS: Good price for a good haircut CONS: Nothing amazing
