fabulous relaxing experience – I recently moved to the Triangle and have been trying to find a spa where I get good services and feel at home. I HAVE FOUND IT!! La Therapie Day Spa is wonderful. I met the owner, Nina, when I was there for one of my services and she was so nice as is all the staff. I have had massages, facials and nail services and was just thrilled with each one. WORST SERVICE EVER – After being treated horribly, we are still waiting to hear from La Therapie Director since last one year, as told. Last year, my husband made reservations for a "romantic couple massage" as a surprise gift for me on our anniversary. Our appointment was at 4pm on the day after thanksgiving. The water pipes broke that MORNING - the couple room was flooded - and nobody cared to call us to cancel/reschedule our appointment - how UNPROFESSIONAL. Detailed customer service – I received the epidermal leveling treatment recently. I recommend this service for anyone with facial skin issues. The treatment was explained in detail and it delivered as described. La Therapie is First Rate in regards to customer service.
The Zen Shiatsu Massage with Todd is incredible! – I have never experienced a massage quite like this. I have had many massages at resorts in the US and in the Raleigh area and I love La Therapie because the atmosphere is spectacular, the prices are reasonable, and I have yet to receive a so-so massage. Don't go at the end of the day!! – I went in for a "mother to be" massage, and was the last appointment for the day. There were several things that put me off of La Therapie. First of all, after barely being greeted by the receptionist, I was asked to "settle up" before I even received my service! I had to go ahead and tip on a service that I hadn't even received yet! This full-service Cary day spa offers clients free sessions in a special inhalation room. – In Short This upscale spa offers an array of services, including facials, massages, body polishes, wraps, manicures and pedicures. The spa also features makeup, acupuncture and cellulite treatments (FDA-cleared). There are many packages available, such as treatments called "Refresh," "Revive" and "Renew." But the spa's inhalation room is a specialty. Clients receiving treatments for an hour or more get to relax in the room for free.

A Relaxing Experience – I have been to many, many day spas throughout the world (especially in the continental US) and I must say that La Therapie is a true gem! The prices are reasonable, the service is impeccable and accomodating, the staff is professional and very knowledgeable about their products, and the atmosphere is tranquil. It was a fantastically relaxing experience and I would recommend La Therapie to anyone looking for top of the line treatment.
