Much needed stress relief – If anyone reading this is experiencing stress I recommend the Shirodhara treatment. I was skeptic at first but once the warm, scented oil began to run down my scalp....I felt calm. The girl giving me the treatment worked the oil into my head, in a massage style. It forced me to close my eyes and relax. After I showered I had some warm tea and crackers in the lounge area. I didn't want to leave I was so relaxed!
Will definitely be back! – I recently moved to the Raleigh area from NYC and I have to say La Therapie Day Spa is just as good as any spa I've been to. They have so many great services to choose from, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go back for my next treatment...

Perfect place for massage – As someone who needs a massage to de-stress, I expected a lot from La Therapie considering it has won on Citysearch for the last 2 years. I can honestly say that having been twice now, this spa delivered. I saw Jennifer and Audra, and both massages were awesome. Gift Certificate Wonders! – I was seeking a spa in the area to purchase a gift certificate from for a Christmas gift. I found La Therapie on the web, and decided to call. I explained to the receptionist that I wanted to get a gift certificate, and asked what the Spa's hours were. She told me the hours, AND offered to take down my information and have the gift certificate ready for me to pick up when I arrived! Now that's customer service!
Great First Massage – I had a very enjoyable experience here recently! I am a first time spa goer and decided to try out a massge for my back pains. I had a relaxing massage with Audra. She took the time to make me feel at home and really listened to the specific concerns I was having with my back, she even escorted me to the lounge afterwards and offered me some hot tea. I will definitely be back, even when my back isn't hurting! Thanks!
Best hour of relaxation and pampering ever! – I am a total spa junkie, and I love to try as many spas and treatments as possible. I have been to La Therapie several times, my favorite treatment has been the blueberry facial with Jane. From a gentleman's point of view... A+ Spa Treatment – I recently went in to La Therapie for a Gentleman's facial and had a very professional and relaxing experience. Jane, who is new to this particular spa, performed the treatment and was fantastic. I arrived right around the time of my appointment and was promptly showed to the lounge area. I didn't wait long at all before Jane showed me to the room. I'm a novice to spa treatments/facials, but after a trip like this I could definitely be persuaded to go again.
Best Day Spa in Triangle – Been to Spas worldwide, this is my favorite, I drive past at least 15 spas between my house in Raleigh to go there. I regularly do a variety of treatments, and go to several different technicians and service is always consistent. My favorites are massage by Tod, Brazilian with Courtney and facials with Dominca. I go to whoever is available due to my busy schedule. I would highly recommend to anyone. Go early, and relax with a cup a tea before your treatment.
