I went from teaching indoor cycling off the bike in pain - - to back on the bike (riding hard) in just a few sessions. Craig Leibenson and co are so amazing and I am so lucky to be treated by such an incredible Doctor and team! I'm learning where the pain originally came from, and exercises to prevent future injuries. I highly recommend LA SPORTS & SPINE to my friends, athletes, riders, and future superstars.
LA Sports & Spine is life changing! Dr. L & his employees are BEYOND incredible, knowledgeable & are absolute experts in their craft! It doesn't matter who sees you, they are ALL amazing (Monica, Roy, or the man, the myth, the legend himself, Craig)! LASS has been an instrumental part of my healing process & a place I actually look forward to going to every week! LASS is the place to go and rediscover your lost physical movements. I have a long history of tennis related injuries and was looking for a solution to eliminate, or at least reduce, the severity and occurrence of injuries.
