I lived here for 8+ years through a couple corporate ownership changes to our latest private owner. Disregard negative reviews here as most were a result of previous owners. Since JK Managemnt aquired the property, there have been numerous upgrades. Although the building isn't newly built, JK has modernized the apartments with upgraded appliances, faux hardwood flooring, and remodeled bathrooms to include tiled shower/tubs and pedastool sinks so the apartment feels "new." Glenview Garden Apartments is a whole little hidden gem of a place to live❤️. Wonderful and family friendly Management. Onsite Maintenance and Gated and secure to boot! Wonderful neighbors. Big pool and only 22 beautiful little 1 bedrooms with enough space and storage for an EASTERN King bed two nightstands and more. A big walk in closet and a mirrored slider.
