Tonight my wife and I enjoyed an amazing dinner and drinks. The food was in point. We are from Houston and must admit we’ve eaten quite a bit of authentic Mexican food. Poblanos in Chattanooga meets the standard!!! Great job guys!!! Our waitress Courtney was absolutely super. She was able to offer brilliant suggestions, was very attentive and extremely personable. And the best part, she’s a “cat mom” bonus points in our book!!! She’s a keeper!!! We will be back!!

I had the most delicious food and the place is amazing!!! You should all go and enjoy the incredible experience of the Mexican cuisine and have their unique Margaritas in the house!!! To finish the service was perfect and I laughed a lot with the most cool server called Charles!!! Congratulations..!!!
