Stopped in for the night because of heavy rains, was ok, but could definately use a different housekeeping crew as it looked like it hadnt been cleaned between occupants. Dirt on the floor, stained sheets, etc. I actually wondered if the sheets had been changed.
There was a active shooter yesterday at this location at 4 PM from 4 PM to the next day today and we have to be outside as everybody in the hotel because two men that wrapped the gas station came into the hotel booked in and they were on the fourth floor and there was cops and FBI agents everywhere due to the active shooter and the cops told the workers that we need to be accommodated because we slept outside at 6 AM. The cops return back to The hotel the staff refused to accommodate us and let us stay for another day to sle... read more
This is my main hotel I stay at everytime I stay in Franklin. The rooms are always clean, service is great and the breakfast is always hot.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive, the rooms were clean and comfortable and we loved the indoor pool and hot tub! I would recommend them and would stay again!
