Stayed here for a week and will definitely come back, the staff was helpful and kind. Bed was very comfortable and strong ac unit. Highway can be loud on the weekend but that's anywhere alongside the highway, normally had the pool all to myself which is a plus

My room was a suite upgrade because I was a diamond member. A slightly bigger room was all that seemed to amount to, but I appreciated the extra space. The room design feels very European, which I like. Not everything is huge, for example the bathroom is compact, but what's there is efficient, and thoughtfully designed to be functional (mostly, read on). It's also clean. Bedbugs chewed up my husband!! He slept in one bed and I slept in the other with our 4 year old grandson. Thank goodness they didn’t get on our grandson. Ants were all over the food area at breakfast. Food tasted bad. Dirty carpet in room and halls. Not enough towels and they were small and thin. Very low water pressure in shower. Good for a one night stay while traveling through. Front desk was very kind. Love that they stock Dove brand products in the shower. Surprised to find they have a $20 pet fee per pet. Although, the mattress was extremely hard and didn't fit the bed frame. The AC was off when I entered the room, so it look a long while before it cooled off. The breakfast was small, but adequate.

Cons: If you’re on business, go elsewhere because the WIFI is worse than a dial up connection. Fitness center under construction. The hot tub is basically a lukewarm bathtub. Breakfast is repetitive with the main course of biscuits and gravy everyday. Pet fees are double than what is posted. Bathroom light has never worked. Side access door keypad access from the parking lot doesn’t work. Pros: My bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. Netflix, Prime, Showtime, and DirecTv tv options available.... read more
