this location is tucked away and in a quite corner. the hotel itself is clean, cute, safe for the ladies, but noisy. you can hear everything even through the bathroom walls. lots of noise/door traffic. the price was great, dog friendly. Now my problem is: I have DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON MY DOOR for a reason. keep in mind check out is 11am, this is a tactic this hotel does. Shameful because I would have enjoyed more rest before my long journey. Read all the reviews.
I am fairly certain that the bed sheets were not changed from the visit before. My children found popcorn kernels in their bed and we did not have popcorn. Housekeeping walked in while we were getting ready at 9 AM. Had the scent of an air freshener that was trying to cover up another smell.
We had been to this location prior to the renovation. We are very happy with the improvements. The towels are fluffy, soft & absorbent. The bedding & linens are much improved. We really enjoy the spa like feeling in the bathroom & I personally am thrilled they are carrying the "brown sugar & fig" line of bath products. Very nice hotel. The housekeeping staff and management are great!
This hotel is well kept, smells fresh and clean. Checking in is fast and friendly, and the rooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast in the morning is good and plentiful. Have stayed here before and will stay here again. A+
