Overall nice room. Upon arriving at the Front Desk DAVID was very unfriendly and abrupt with answering questions. Room was very Nice and clean. Next day Giovanni at the Front Desk was SUPER NICE and Very Helpful. Only issue was no internet or phone service.
Enjoyed our stay. Pool is back open. Clean comfortable. Decent breakfast. Good location.
Linens were dirty. Found a hair on the bathroom floor. Pool was closed which was not stated on the website when I booked the room. At breakfast I asked to see the box that the muffins come in to determine whether I could eat it due to dietary concerns. Staff refused to help me. Overall a disappointment of a stay.
The rooms were beyond dirty to the point that our sheets were brownish/yellow. The staff were nice, but all the sheets were the same.Just stained. It is more of a motel than a hotel, so just prepare yourself. If you are an OCD person or truly clean this is not the hotel for you.
