I travel frequently for my job and have experienced a wide variety of hotels and customer service issues, but this has been by far the worst. We were charged an early check in fee on arrival, for only being a couple hours early. I have never experienced a fee for that before at ANY other brand of hotel. We reluctantly paid because we were tired and needed to rest. Our king room (111) appeared acceptable on arrival. The curtains were old and stained, the carpet aged. STAY FAR AWAY - COCKROACH INFESTATION They were all in the drawers, on the end table and in the towels in the bathroom. The tub was cracked in many places and filthy. There was something all over the door. This place is filthy.
Disgusting. They have a SERIOUS cockroach infestation. After a long day of traveling and checking in. We had to get out stuff back out and find a new hotel at 11:30 at night. Do not recommend! I wouldn’t be surprised if they had bed bugs!!
