I know hotel business is difficult an you can’t please everyone but let me tell you, I don’t know where these reviews are coming from. My room is clean, no bugs, and no mold. The front desk clerk Donna, phenomenal. Love her, great personality, loves to chat, and is such a great woman. My fiancé and I found a new gem we’re coming to escape to for alone time and pool time. Thank you Donna!!!
Well let's start off with the initial customer service was great then it went downhill the room was fine thw tub needed to be painted the paint was coming off of the inside of the tub . So ok let talk about me requesting lat check out. Now I requested to check out at noon now clearly there was a communication had a breakdown. At 11 someone came to the door telling me check out was at 11 i tild them I had a late check out now 1120 someone knocked on the door again about the same thing. Great location for a family event in the area. Breakfast was available as promised and consisted of the usual breakfast buffet fare at a moderately priced hotel. Rooms were clean -- I had the King sized bed. The downside is you only get one night stand. The desk chair meets the bed so it's bed to move it to the sitting area before bed. The really odd thing is the hotel layout. Rooms are on the first floor behind the front desk. But you have to take the elevator up to a second floor with the cart if have luggage.
