Room was dirty. Staff was not friendly and didn’t care about the problems. Asked for a first floor room because of my special needs child and was denied and was told “we only have handicap rooms available on the first floor.”
I stayed with my wife and daughter we had a pleasant stay. The room was nice and clean the service was excellent in the morning enjoyed a good full breakfast. I'd book here again. The location was really good too with options for dinning.
Rooms smell, towels dirty and full of holes, sink water came out brown, dogs barking in room next door.
The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, and it was very convenient to have breakfast available.
