Staff can do better at recognizing who is staying where. The pool was closed the entire time we were there, and it was the main reason we booked it. Also, On the early morning of check out day I called to request a late check out and was told that I'd get a call back. Never did. My boyfriend and I stayed here last summer. The hotel had better reviews on Expedia which I booked through, and I made the fatal mistake of not checking the Google reviews. Please believe the bad reviews. When we walked into the room, the bed sheets and towels were obviously stained. We decided to deal with it for one night since we figured we would get new towels and sheets in the morning. We left the hotel the next day at 10am and took off the Do Not Disturb sign. When we returned around 6pm, our room hadn't been serviced.... read more
