Rooms are always clean! The young lady that works at the counter could be nicer. She literally watched me as I shopped the concession stand literally to the point when I turned around I jumped because I didn’t know she was standing there Lol. I assured her I wasn’t gone steal a power-aid & cookies! My biggest concern is the breakfast !!!! PLEASE STOP BUYING OFF BRANDS!! The LaQuinta is definitely not the cheapest of Wyndham, actually one of the more quality of Wyndham so please BUY FRUIT LOOPS FROSTED FLAKES BRAND APPLE JUIC... read more
Horrible ...Banging from staff started at 5am in hallways...Someone walked into my room at 8am..I barely got any sleep ..I asked for a late check out & wD told it's a charge ..I have never been charged for a late checkout at the most prestigious Sheraton, Marriotts down to the Quality Inns & other La Quinta ..one of the bath towels was dirty & hot water seem to be a issue ..I will never ever stay here again .. Customer service was awful !!! Without the customers you have no biz !!!!
Great place to stay. Will definitely be back.
Hotel was not clean in general and my room was definitely not clean. You could tell that the sheets and towels were fresh (appreciate that) but everything else was subpar. Furniture was damaged and in need of replacement. The mattress needed to be replaced as the springs on the bed made a horrendous screech with the slightest of moves. Everything was dirty... the TV remote, light switches, etc. The room was quiet at least.
