Colorful decor, great Mexican food! The La Pinata located in Hayward is a very popular lunch spot on the weekdays. Smaller parties (2-4 people) will find it easier to get a table. I still try to get there before noon to get seats. The decor inside is colorful and full of character (it used to be less so until the establishment had a fire and they completely repainted). I was referred by a man that I met at church. He said the food here was good and BOY was he right. Loved the enchiladas, and the price was great! Only problem, the restaurant is very small.
Great food. More authentic then most. Hot sauce was good. Not a fancy place, but the five stars was for the food. Excellent!
Food – This place was actually pretty good but pricey. If your a drinker I wouldn't recommend drinking here. Their drinks aren't that cheap but the food are pretty good.

Majestic Margaritas & lip-smacking meals – My wife, daughter and I are Mexican food fanatics. And so far this is the best in the Bay Area that we have visited?well, repeatedly visited. a very popular little resturaunt – The food is obviously good, but it is small and crowded so there is sometimes a wait. If you don't want to wait, give El Taquito a try down the street.
