Fantastic food! It's always great when the owner is the person taking your order. If you are looking for authentic and awesome, this is a sure thing. Posole (hominy) rather than rice is awesome! Don't forget to ask for roasted peppers. Steak tacos are awesome and the rellenos can't be missed. Thank you from a Missoulian sorely missing authentic awesomeness!
Absolutely delicious! Great place to eat.
OMG we are in heaven! Flavors of New Mexico, Great Food, Service and a Quaint Space! CSCE....Chicken Sour Cream Enchilada with Christmas (red and green chilies) topped with a fried egg! I so wanna go back to New Mexico! We’ll definitely be back!
we were visiting Portland from Albuquerque New Mexico and decided to give it a try. Really good we were pleasantly surprised.
Authentic New Mexican food. Loved the place
Never disappointed. Had the extra extra hot green chili’s on a burrito. I lived in NM and really miss the food. Thankfully La Panza is here. 🌶 🌶 🌶 🌶 🌶
Presentation, quality, taste. Every dish I've had has been delicious. I especially love the chicken or Bean Flautes and the coconut flan!!!
My husband and I just came back from a trip to New Mexico. Our friends that just moved from Portland to Santa Fe told us about La Panza Café. So my parents and I went to try La Panza out. Very authentic tasting. The stuffed sopapilla with Christmas chile sauces was delicious! My mom had the blue corn enchiladas with green chile sauce and she said they too were delicious! Must try place if you’re looking for authentic New Mexican food and reasonable prices. The chef was friendly and the server was as well.
AWESOME food, great service! Nice taste of New Mexican cuisine!
