We went to La Panza last Saturday and had a great experience. It is a very small restaurant with only a handful of tables. The setting could use a little work, but the food was freakin' delicious! Great green chiles. The cook even came out and asked us how our meal was when we were done. Overall it was great. One downside is that it seemed a little expensive for what you got. $11-$13/plate.
