I just had a disgustingly undercooked slice, and because it was so bad I wanted my money back on the other slice. The manager was incredibly rude. I hope it was worth losing a local's business.
Second time I've come for slices on my lunch break and get undercooked pizza. Picture to be sent through messenger since I can't post it here.

Was a dedicated employee for over 2 years, degrading environment. Overpriced food, terrible management, also terrible customer & EMPLOYEE treatment.
We live in Ohio and every trip to Buffalo ends with bringing home a trunk full of bbq wings and blue cheese. La Nova's in Williamsville has friendly staff and is always awesome at making sure our wings are packed to travel. They also have THE BEST blue cheese!!!!
Ordered for delivery to our hotel. The tacos are too spicy when we ordered regular, the meatballs are burnt in the meatball parmigiano, the fries look like someone puked on them. Worst place we ever had anything from.
