Thought a Double.order of wings was 20 wings Well now..seems at lanova its 18 wings...hum if orders are shorted...will call tomorrow and voice our concern...
Pizza and wings took and hour and 20 minutes to get here and when they did they were both literally cold!!!! Seriously folks...come on. This is Buffalo; there are literally 1000 other pizzerias to use.
Took 1 1/2 hrs to get our cold pizza. They called to verify order & made it incorrect anyway. Manager Michael was rude and suggested we bring back our pizza if we wanted a refund. The service & the pizza were terrible.
Ordered dinner from LaNova on Main Street waited for an hour and fifteen minutes only to get cold pizza and wings and missing part of our order Called and got an attitude and told it would take just as long to get a new order. Ok I wanted at least warm food thanks. Guess what when it came it was still missing something. $48.00. Terrible customer service. ....
Well, I placed an order for delivery the following day. No delivery. No phone call, yet, still charged !! They have made no attempt to contact me or return my call. Would love to know how many other folks they do this to.

More than lived up to the hype
Terrible service! The manager was upset because my cheese was burnt and I politely requested a new one or my money back. He was loud and argumentative. He told me “Well how do u want it not brown, because this pizza is not burnt”. I told him i would just like my money back, because after I said yes he kept bobbling on. I’m disgusted by the attitude I received. I’ve invested so much money at this pizzeria and this is the 3rd time my pizza was burnt. I let it slide the first two times.
