Very disappointing service that tells me they don’t care about their customers. The backing to my diamond earring fell off and got lost, and we had to pay over $100 to send the earrings away to get a replacement backing for the one earring that isn’t even a perfect match. Once we received the earrings, they weren’t even cleaned. You’d think after paying that much for something that was clearly a defect in the original backing to the one earring, they would at least clean the diamond earrings. Will not be purchasing from here... read more
