We love LaMex. Have been eating here for years. Now it is my son's favorite. Caldo de Pollo, fajitas, chicken tostadas. Tortillas are awesome.
I would love to give you all 4 stars but not impressed. The food was okay but the service was horrible. The waiter took a bit longer and did not know how to make change. While the food was okay and colorful it was still missing something. I live 4 min. Away and was trying something new. Lesson learned sometimes not the best.
Thankful for the good company bc the food was sub par. Queso and red salsa was no bueno. Kept having to ask for basic things like napkins and saucers. The staff was nice but food needs some tweaking.
The food was way over priced for the quality. The Barbacoa was very bland lacking in flavor and the Menudo was pretty much the same one of the bottom five I've ever had and the portions are very small
