First time for me. Loved the atmosphere... beautiful building. We sat outside , and enjoyed it. We had breakfast... me , Coffee, chorizo and eggs and flour tortillas. Delicious! I'm returning for sure.
Middle-of-the-road Tex-Mex. I wouldn't praise the service or quality. I was seated, served chips and water, and my entree (chicke fajita enchiladas with green sauce...not great). But the mediocre service and lack of upsell or suggestion for my margarita, combined with not being able to leave my car parked on property and walk to a neighboring bar for a bit, would lead me to not recommend this restaurant.
I was very impressed with our server he was very attentive to our needs food was amazing great place to get together with family and friends definitely will go back again !
I hate to say it about all of these other reviews but yeah y'all sound like you were having a bad day. This place brings my family from across town. I love this place and have only ever had great food and service. Probably because I treat them like anyone would want who is making your food, with respect. Go find a chain restaurant, stay out of H-town originals. If you don't like something, ask to have it replaced, it's food, not something to whine about. Mad respect to the family who owns this restaurant.
The food was brought out cold and we sent back and it was still under temperature the 2nd time... The miniature drinks are over priced! We definitely will not return. It's not Authentic Mex Food either... Just my opinion! �
