Curtis made our custom wedding bands- what an incredible experience! My husband and I love our rings! He worked with us at length, through several appointments and was so creative and passionate about the project! He is always so kind and worked with us with the pricing to make it reasonable. What a exceptional experience and they have mastered the art of jewelry and service!
Would give one star, but don’t want them to delete this. I took my necklace in for a replacement clasp as the old one had broken. I got the new clasp, and apparently a kink straightened out (there was not a kink when I took it in.) The necklace I got back is ~3, maybe 4 or 5 inches shorter than when I took it in. It is so tight that it almost chokes me. There are also multiple low quality solder welds that are stiff, and take away from the value of the rope chain. If zero stars were possible, I would choose that. Curtis proved to be completely untrustworthy as a jeweler. The wedding band he produced was nothing like what I requested — poorly made, uneven, and looked as though it was crafted by someone with no professional skill. Without asking, he tacked the band to my engagement ring, clearly hoping I would pay for it and leave. When I refused, I was not refunded my deposit despite the unacceptable workmanship. I bought a men’s wedding ring Extremely last minute Wedding was Monday, I bought it Saturday…. They stayed open late on a Saturday for me To make the 45 minute drive over. I thought I needed size 13 they Put one out and set it aside. But figured out it was actually size 11.5 They resized it on site Within 10 minutes On-site. Extremely friendly and Professional Staff.
