I bought a men’s wedding ring Extremely last minute Wedding was Monday, I bought it Saturday…. They stayed open late on a Saturday for me To make the 45 minute drive over. I thought I needed size 13 they Put one out and set it aside. But figured out it was actually size 11.5 They resized it on site Within 10 minutes On-site. Extremely friendly and Professional Staff.

I went into LA Jolla Jewelers yesterday for a simple watch battery replacement on my Timex watch. While I was looking around the store, a gentleman who must have been the owner or manager came to see if I was being taken care of and how I was doing that day. I had my Ball Engineer III Starlight serviced and repaired. It needed a new Main Spring barrel. I was given the old part, and they explained everything that was done. I have never gone to a watchmaker and got my watch back in about 3 weeks. The staff is very kind and helpful, and knowledgeable that's a big deal in the world of Horology.
