I went into LA Jolla Jewelers yesterday for a simple watch battery replacement on my Timex watch. While I was looking around the store, a gentleman who must have been the owner or manager came to see if I was being taken care of and how I was doing that day. I had my Ball Engineer III Starlight serviced and repaired. It needed a new Main Spring barrel. I was given the old part, and they explained everything that was done. I have never gone to a watchmaker and got my watch back in about 3 weeks. The staff is very kind and helpful, and knowledgeable that's a big deal in the world of Horology. Curtis did an outstanding job designing and creating my ring; it’s absolutely stunning! He captured my vision perfectly, paying close attention to every detail.
