I followed the well directed signs to a sale that La Jolla Estate Liquidators was conducting a few weeks ago. The sale had some really fun and interesting items!! The jewelry cases were my favorite, and I bought some great items that were a “deal”. I also enjoyed going through all the linens, all items were neatly organized and in great condition. I have been attending Laura's sales for several years now. I go even when I'm not shopping for anything, just to see how she has staged and displayed all the items for sale. She is a professional designer, and every item is cleaned, organized, and priced to the benefit of her client, the seller. She really knows value, and how to spot the hidden gem. I always go for linens and quality kitchen and table ware.
One of their cashiers/staff told my mother and sister "I hope you both die in a car crash on your way home". Incredibly insensitive and grossly unprofessional. Their email response to this incident was just a little more sincere. Hard pass.
Best Experience Ever! I had a house for sale and wanted the most for it. Laura McDonald came in with updated color scheme for fresh paint, furniture and furnishings that were appropriate size and style. Then gave solutions for simple but effective fixes to small things about the house, that were not so obvious before. It remade the feel of the house. It sold in 6 days, at what I felt was the best price. This is a no brainer, She was easy to work with and very professional and fast.
