Good Food La Fogata is a tiny restaurant where parking is a problem. But don't let that stop you. The margaritas are wonderful, as is the taco salad. Park near the park and walk.
Awesome home-style mexican restaurant on Van Nuys by the intersection of 101 & 405. Great food, no table service (but still a classy place), great salsa bar and beer and wine to buy in bottles. Their food is also healthy! (some of it, anyway).
Good food La Fogata has pretty good food. The prices are ok, and they have a variety of choices. The atmosphere is casual, and kid friendly. They even have choices for those not into Mexican Food.
La Fogata, Great mexican food at low costs La Fogata is a little restaurant that is perfect for the price! They also have great margaritas!!! Wonderful Nachos and taco salad! Parking is a problem, but it's worth it to find a spot!
Tasty! This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in this area. It's a sit down place but you order and pick up at the front. The enchiladas are really good!
We used to dine here often. But with kids and sports and stuff we don't get out that way much. Tonight I surprised my husband with his favorite beef flautos and they were just as good as we remembered them!!
Food is terrible. Don't come here.
The Pros: It has parking in the back, and plenty of room to seat. (Place was empty) The Cons: No one else was in front of us, but the cashier was no where in sight to place the order. Took a bit. It's very expensive food for the portions they give. Food is super greasy & salty. No chips & salsa offered....so sad. And the wait, it took a good 30 minutes to get our food. No reason for delay...we asked for burritos...and they were plain...beans, rice and meat...when to make it to go instead...why do I need to have eyes rol... read more
