Speaking of the ******** pa locationI cant believe the decline in this place. Cleanliness wise its awful 95% of the time. No paper towels to wipe off machines (most dont do it anyway) and dispensers are empty half the time. The employees working at night are basically there to hang out with their friends. The machines are broken majority of the time and the ones that do work are usually being held onto for an entire night by high schoolers. If you give yourself an hr to workout good luck. I been a member of Espora for 12 months I purchase the personal training contract . at the beginning was fine, but on the second month the trainers will cancelled without notifying me .today I went for my training I was told that they had an issue with my schedule that The app was not accurate. All I told the Sales Manager ************** was that how will you have an app that doesn't work. he raise his voice to me he mistreatment me and verbally abuse of me. I know there are possibly thousands of people who have experienced the same horrible experience. I was a member of a LA Fitness location (I am still trying to cancel my account) I was not going to be around for the summer and decided to cancel my personal training and maybe revisit it in September. This is regarding the La Fitness located at ***********************************************************************************. This has to do with sanitary issues only. Over the last three (3) months, there has been (4) different occasions where all the paper towel dispensaries were completely out of paper towels. Im not taking about some of them or the custodian was not filling up the dispensaries in time. They were out for multiple days. No one was able to sanitize the machines in any way. Just absolutely horrible business practices. I finished out a 12 month membership and personal training contract. When it got close to the date, I found out that I had to send out two forms to cancel both services. I sent them out and received confirmation that my cancellation went through. The next month, I get charged for another month of personal training. I called their corporate office and they tell me I have to go and cancel the personal training in person. La fitness at ****************, ** is a very poorly run organization and their policies are very fraudulent. They sell personal training with annual membership and then midway are not able to provide trainers. Its a revolving door for trainers so Im sure that they are not treated professionally either . I have many pending session worth almost 2k and they refuse to provide me a trainer .

The worst experience Ive ever had! I signed up for the gym and personal training last October only for two months later they(****** area and ******, **) were constantly back and forth about closing or not. I went a month paying for personal training but didnt get any training. Finally called corporate their solution set me up with someone at the other location (I was going to ****** they set me up with ******), that trainer was late or constantly pushing back the time scheduled or canceling last minuteI have one payment left... read more

This place is fraud.They don't cancel memberships and even after they cancel they charge you and hope you don't realize.it is a shame that they are in business of abusing people.

Average LA Fitness Gym overall. Misleading and cunning practices by the local management team. I experience delayed and misinformation when attempting to cancel both membership and personal training sessions despite completing the contract terms when I moved our of state. Corporate does not provide effective assistance and asks you to personally handle it with the local management team. I highly suggest other members or potential users to beware of such practices. It's taken months trying stop them from charging me.
