Great amenities and location, however, here is what's unfortunate:1. The equipment is sooo old - from the bikes in the spinning class, to the mats in the studio (half of them are ripped apart) to the treadmills TV not working. 2. Clientele: What dissapoints me most is the lack of class from the clientele. Every day I see people on the treadmill watching movies or listening to music on Speaker, not using their headphones! today, 2/14/23, I came into the facility to find out that the ONLY REASON IM STILL WORKING OUT AT THIS FACILITY has been removed; *****/*****/****** fired ******** the assistant manager--*** is the only reason I and my teammates haven't gone to another facility--her character, management skills, and demeanor has been the life-blood and connecting muscle tissue that has held the bones of this decrepit place together, and now she's gone for no other reasons than *****/*****/****** haven't gotten their way with her. My fianc and I decided to start the new year by signing up for the gym. There was an LA fitness about a 5 min drive from our house. We decided to take a tour and we liked the facilities. When we signed up for the membership, they asked us if we wanted a free fitness assessment. At the conclusion of the assessment, they asked if we were interested in personal training. I was given a 5 day personal training trial by the personal training *********** could cancel any time. First day for ***** I show up & theres no trainer available, I go in the next day to cancel nobody is there. Now im trying to cancel but I have to pay 50% when Ive never used this program! & the PT manager ****** recall giving us that 5 day trial because he knows he wasnt doing his job! DONT SIGN UP FOR PERSONAL TRAINING! ITS A SCAM!

********, I am very disappointed in La Fitness/Esporta! Due to health reasons and that I moved over 25 miles away from there nearest gym, I called to cancel my membership. Mind you that i had only been a member for 2 weeks when I became unable to attend. I called and spoke to a respresntative who told me he was able to cancel my membership over the phone since i wasnt able to make to the building. Ive been a customer for three years. Last week I moved from ********* to **. When I walked into the gym in ** I notified them of the move. They told me I had to get a new membership and charged me first and last months fees eventhough when I signed up I was already charged that three years ago. False advertising, I received multiple emails for a new membership at $34.99/month. I tried to sign up on their website but it was not allowing me to do it. I walked into their location and was told they could not ***** the price as it has to be done on the website only. The manager tried to sign me up on the website but was not allowing him to do it. I was told its a glitch in their system. I have sent many emails to corporate and still no contact from anyone.

As of today, its been about 7 weeks without the mens sauna.The sauna is a big part of my routine.No one knows when it will be fixed...I do not recommend using this location (*********, ga ).

You'd want to read this before visiting this location! Beware!!! I'm warning you if this was the last option on your list for gym to go to I would recommend you do your workout at home. If you've ever visit this location in the past and had a better experience I'm letting you know now that this is NOT the same gym anymore.
