I went to workout today at this location and I was in the grass area stretching so I took my shoes off and the employee came to me and said put my shoes back on and I told him Im just stretching and he kept saying just put your shoes on being rude! I ask to speak to the manager and the white skinny guy in the front said he was the main manager and that no one is higher up than him. He said it was in the policy so I ask to show me and he couldnt find anything. I was treated very poorly from the staff at this location.

Continue to call and bill my credit card to hurt my credit . I've call talk to staff and went in impersonally to cancel . LA Fitness has practiced fraud against me and many other customers. They continue to bill me for over three thousand dollars a month

We signed up for a Personal Training to help us for better results with my husband.We called and go to the club to Cancel the membership but they didnt want to cancel.They never have personal trainings available, we never get the chance to get training! We paid a lot! Its not fair! Also the sales man that sale us the plan was very rude and indifferent! All the people in front desk always in their phone and very rude.We want to cancel our personal training!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS:Gross, dirty, never re-rack weights.Cancelling your subscription is a total hassle... you can sign up on weekends, but to cancel you have to to M-F during work hours. And, HOPE to catch the manager. Unbelievable.

I signed up for their personal training program to help better my track career. I am paying for PT plus the original member ship which is a lot. I called to cancel my personal training membership because I have not seen any improvements with it, none of my workouts are benefiting my track career and as it states on La Fitness website Pro Results which is false; however, after calling I was told I couldnt cancel or I would have to pay 50% which would add up to around $850 or more. I got a personal trainer on 3/02/2023. Ive Tried to cancel my Personal trainer account/ gym membership with LA Fitness I went into the gym to cancel and unfortunately nobody was there for the person that could cancel my membership wasnt there I was told to come back with someone will be there I did, and when I showed my contract that said I could leave if my membership was less than two months both of the higher-*** and thats a new contract follow up two days later now theyre telling me that its only valid in ********** not ... read more

As has been said, this business is a customer-gouging SCAM. The manager, *****, is a fast-talking, used-car salesman. I cannot get my contract in writing...no printouts from them, no emailed contract ...nothing. They had the wrong email address (their input error) and when corrected, I still could not get any mailed information. I wish I had read these reviews before ever walking in the door. My husband and I were enrolled due to the silver sneakers program through our **************** We only wanted access to a gym which silver sneakers offers for free. I was told a day and time to come and I would be introduced to the equipment and where different were located. At least that is what I was told. Machines are consistently broken down and they don't ever fix them paying too be able to work out but not to be able to work out because majority of the Machines are disabled, and gym it's self is always dirty. You pay a membership and a Enhancement fee for upgrades and repairs and there not applying them to have anything fixed
