Cancellation requires a mailed-in cancellation form. I don't even own a printer anymore, it's 2022. This is a highly consumer unfriendly practice. I should be able to cancel online.

This particular LA Fitness have been taking money out of my mothers account monthly without her knowledge since she was found with COVID 19 at its beginning in March of 2019. My mother went physically after being quarantined to said LA Fitness club and cancelled all membership subscription; therefore, released from all future payments. 100 dollars just for a trial Im so upset they charge *********************************************************************** another 25 and one week later they charged me 49 dollars for the anual fee!!!

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. ************* is horrible. I got a personal trainer who clearly doesnt know what Hes doing the manager it self didnt even take its time to read the contract to us about how we had certain dates to cancel and how it was an automatic charge as well. We still freeze the account and will still charge us .

Over priced for training sessions. Trainer was rude and unprofessional. No comparison for people with disabilities. Received money for services not rendered.

I recommend that no person signs themselves up for this mess. I have tried to cancel my membership with these people for over a month and they continue to give me the run around about how it can be cancelled. They either do not have competent people working or they lack procedures and protocol that makes sense. Every time I speak with some one about my experience, it is brushed off and/or they never return my phone calls as promised. This place is filthy and rarely properly cleaned, I have sent pictures of mold in the steam room, garbage laying around for days... You can be there around closing time and come back in first thing in the morning and find the same garbage laying around. Bathroom urinals are atrocious on a daily basis. This place is closed throughout the night and there is absolutely no reason it isn't properly cleaned in that time, especially with the covid... I wanted to cancel my Personal Trainer, it's already a year over, I was not been able to use it because I was caught with this covid situation . Lost my job and relocated. I paid more than half of the entire program but wasn't really able to use it. Long story short I hired a personal trainer there, after 7 sessions it was clear their training was not up to par with what they charge. I was unhappy so they jostled me around to 3 other trainers which didnt pan out because they didnt have the right schedules. I asked to be taken off the contract which didnt go over well.
