I took membership in December and paid more than 200+ annual fee. After a month I would like cancel the membership and sent an email from registers email address. Then I got a reply stating that need to come personally to cancel the membership. Then I gone to facility evening at 6 they said it is not possible since manger is not here. My work timings not allowed to come before 6. So in my life time I dont have chance to cancel this membership and I need keep paying ..Looks like their business model to **** the money without ... read more

This complaint is about the gym at woodland hills not having hot water in the showers for more than a week. When I asked what the problem was, the person at the front desk said that a broken water pipe caused the problem and is taking one or two more weeks to fix the issue. Why that long to resolve?The other issues are: - The showerheads in the women section are horrible, they have a lot of pressure, and they need maintenance as they are old.- The gym provides equipment for certain classes like yoga, pilates, etc. the proble... read more

This place is run by crooks. They aren't fooling anyone with the ** cancellation policy where you have to mail in a form or show up in person (on weekdays ONLY between 9-5, when people are WORKING). I've sent multiple emails with their requested form attached, only to be told "to protect the privacy of our members" it must be mailed & that I "better hurry" because I'll be changed again soon. If I could give zero stars I would! Management is highly unprofessional to potential employees and current employees. Their turnover rate is extremely high and the way in which they conduct business is by far irresponsible. I have declined employment and membership due to this.

Unethical business. Highly and intentionally deceiving customers from on-site facilities to Corporate offices, from salesmen to customer service staffs. This company should be out of business. Should be ashamed of how they operate and profit off lies. No integrity. Please look into other gym/fitness centers for your peace and wallet. They will try every way possible to lock you in and rip you off with extremely high hidden fees per their corporate policies. Yesterday my friend and I got kicked out by the General Manager *** for not downloading the Esporta fitness app. We are regulars who have been coming in every day for the last 4 months. During these last 4 months we have shown the screenshot of our account with no issues. Our account was active and they could have looked it up at any point. But they decided to call the police and have us removed. After the police were called they then gave us the option to show and ID to enter. I signed up for group training it was told to me that I can come anytime any day with in the said timeframe they have to get a group training even if its just me. The guy who I signed up with just resigned I did 2 workouts with him and I just found out that they will do group training mostly evening sessions and at 8am. I cant do evening and 8am kids go to school by 8:45am I was lied to and I cant even used my group training because of the time. I need to cancel without charging me because i was lied too and cant use it.

I began personal training membership several months ago and requested a pause/freeze due to COVID-19. they did not allow any extension of freeze when Omicron variant was heightens in winter. I then tried to cancel membership given the increasing cases and facilitys inadequate mask and social distancing enforcement.
