I have been a member since 2017. Working out 5-6 days a week. The gym used to be clean and the equipment was well taken care of. On December 2022, two of the cable machines broke and they are yet to be fixed. Last week, two more broke, and I believe another one just broke more recently. Where is the maintenance team at?? People are crowding the cable machines and everyone is frustrated. Why are we even paying for the membership when even some of the dumbbells and the ** bars are missing?? This is ridiculous. This business should go under major investigation. Not only they are bad with customer service but they are so abusive to their employees. Lack of good business and poor management, ever since my son started working there he comes home so drained unmotivated and feeling depressed. In the past six months, this gym has become pathetic . All the cable machines have gone through various repairs and they take their time to repair them. All the cable machines are missing their cable attachments. Certain other machines are needing of repair but they take so long to repair them. This gym is only four years old and has been getting so much worse since the beginning of last year. The mens bathrooms are so dirty , its unbelievable. Go to planet fitness or blink .

Terrible. Their service person ******* from ************ ********** was so rude. My son and I have spent the past 6 months trying to cancel a membership. Rules are you need to walk into a La Fitness or email to cancel. All well in good unless you no longer use that email or your account was set up by someone whom you have no contact with. The evening of January 11, 2023, my husband and I visited the Esporta Fitness center at **************************************************************, where we are regulars. About an hour after we got back home there was a knock on the front door. We recognized the visitor as an Esporta employee. ***** from Esporta lied about pricing to get me to join his class. *** from Corporate agreed to zeroing out my account and refunding me in full. It was not done. He only said that to get me off the phone. Called back months later and spoke to ********************* from Corporate. It's almost unreal how unprofessional and rude these young people are. I called LA Fitness in ********************. My original contract expired during the pandemic, I called a few times to renew it but nobody answered the phone. I tried to cancel my membership by going in person to the gym. I was told that I had to go in between Monday and Friday to speak with the operations manager. When I asked if there was a way to do it online or if I could download a cancellation form, I was told that there wasn't a way to cancel my membership online or a form that I could download. DONT DO IT!!!I signed up for a year of personal training. 5 months in, I had to make an unexpected move out of state. The closest gym to me is over 30 miles away. They wont let me out of the contract. REALLY MESSED UP!!!
