I was a Club studio member until today. I came LITERALLY 2 min late to a class and I was refused to go to my class so they can charge me the $10 no show up fee. I've been going to this class 87 times within the past 7 months and in EVERY single class they let people in when they are late. Supposedly they have a 2 min grace ******* They let today another member that was on the waiting list in a min before the class started!! Overall they have done this to me personally 3-4 times. I signed up for a personal trainer for 12 months. A few months into the sessions, I was diagnosed with a medical condition which would not allow me to continue the sessions. Provided a doctors note as requested and two months later still being charged. My bank is now investigating this matter. As a consumer and LA fitness being a large company, it shouldnt have to come to this.

LA Fitness "Signature" in ************************************************************************. Steam Room have been down for over 5 months since the beginning of 2023. and continue down as of the date of this review. My wife and I recently got charged $45 each for "annual maintenance fees". Also all sauna rooms are being shutdown at all LA Fitness facilities. Aqua fitness instructor ******************************** very rude and unprofessional. Instructor paused her class to come threaten 4 guests in the whirlpool for allegedly disrupting her class by walking into the pool area.Instructor denied use of the open lane in the pool to swim laps. Several of ** opted to wait in the whirlpool until the class ended. Anonymous Diplomat Complaint regarding Misconduct, Threat, and Inconveniences The gym is supposed to be a place to get away from the stress of life, not add more distress. Cancelling a training membership has never been harder. Went in person, told on three occasions the person, *****, was in a meeting.Thats fine, and when I was in person the front desk staff cancelled my gym membership but not my training membership which was $******. I was told not to worry, and continued to wait about an hour for the meeting to end. I joined LA Fitness on June 28, 2023 and on July 3, 2023. I signed up for personal training. From the very beginning I had difficulty scheduling training and having the trainer show up for the training sessions. For two months no trainer was available to schedule or the trainer didnt so up for the training or I would be told that the trainer I was supposed to work with was fired. I pay a lot of money to use your gym, both in annual and monthly fees. Over the course of this past year, there are frequently machines that aren't available because they are broken. The number of concurrent out of service machines has steadily been increasing. As of this writing, 2 out of 3 hamstring machines are broken. Multiple cable machines are broken.
